Requiem of Winter DaysPairing/Focus:
Yunho/Yoochun, written from Yunho's POVRating:
Yunho goes back into his souvenirs and relates the story of how he met Yoochun, how he came to lose him and how life sometimes as a funny way of making you believe that everything is interconnected, and that it might be possible that everything happens for a reason, whether you ever end up knowing what that reason is or not.Warning:
This is a very sad fic. The death of one of the characters is basically the base of this story.Author's Note:

challenge of 2011. I think a lot of people are not giving his story a chance because of the death warning which is sad really because it is so far the story I am most proud of.

We Found Each Other In The DarkRating:
"We knew nothing about each other. Our only link was that we had both lost someone who had been holding a dear place in our hearts. I often wondered, years later, if we would have had ended up together if we had met under other circumstances." - ChangminAuthor's notes: The lyrics in italics are from the song "We found each other in the dark" by City and Colour. If you never listened to this band, I highly suggest you do it now. They're Canadian and Dallas Green has, in my opinion, the best male voice ever.
You can listen to the song HERE
Also, this fic is for tsuyonshi because I love her and I promised her some Yoomin a while ago. I just didn't expect it to be so dark and depressing >_> I hope she will still enjoy it!
If they had been asked about the way they first met each other, they would have both answered that it was through a sick joke played by fate.( Read MoreCollapse )
title: The fall of the nameless.
disclaimer: I don't own these people and I don't mean to cause them any harm either. None of this is real, simply some crazy figment of my imagination.
word count: 888
rating: G (for now)
summary: A killer falls for the person he is assigned to get rid of.
Notes: I will post a song with each chapters of this story and I would highly suggest listening to them.
Also, this is my attempt at writing fics again after my years of absence so there's a high chance that it might suck. You have been warned.

So I just got the newest Gazette album which is called DIM and here are some of my thoughts on it.
First of all, the packaging is A-MA-ZING. Seriously, it's like the most beautiful CD I've ever held in my hands. The outside package(?) is holographic so when you move it, it shows different things. Basically, it's a man standing in a glass box and when you move it, the box gets red and the man moves as if he was panicking. I tried getting pictures and here they are (sorry for the line in the middle :/)
Inside, you have two things: the CD Case + a thick booklet
The entire CD case is white and the sleeve with the lyrics is so cool because the paper has those little bumps and it's so much fun to touch. It's like you were trying to read braille :D
And now my thoughts about the songs :] I'm going with my feelings and not technical stuff because I don't play music other than piano and I couldn't tell a wrong note from a good one so I'll leave that to others LOL NOTE: [DL] is to actually download the song so don't be afraid to click ;)( Read more...Collapse )
I think that if they play most of these songs live, their performance should be a lot better than what they have been giving us with Stacked Rubbish (which was quite...errrr....boring). Don't get me wrong, I liked Stacked Rubbish a lot, but there were a lot of songs on it that I didn't like and was often skipping. DIM though is an entirely different story. I'm in fucking love with it. I don't regret buying it at all and I definitely love the new musical direction my gazeboys are taking ♥

I'm finally done with this thing omg it was about goddamn time. Anyway, for those of you who are wondering, here's a little explanation.
I found this article in a French Canadian woman magazine called Chatelaine. Usually, it's a magazine for women around the age of 30-40 I would say, but really, younger or older ones can read it as well.
So anyway, my attention was caught by this particular sentence on the cover of the April Issue:Gay Eroticism, written by women for women.
Let me tell you, I went HOLY SHIT ARE THEY SERIOUSLY TALKING ABOUT SLASH?
Upon verification, they were. So I decided to translate the 3 pages article for you guys to read.
I hope that most of it will make sense. Keep in mind that I'm really not a translator, and when I had my language classes, translating was the thing I hated the most. That being said, I worked really hard and tried to make sure everything made sense. Sometimes though, us french people use words that just can't translate into English.
It is a bit long, but it's under a cut to spare your f-list. Aren't I nice? XD
Ok, enough with the babbling, there you go! :( Gay Eroticism, written by women for women: The ArticleCollapse )
After I saw the request for an English translation of this interview, I decided to try my hands at it and here's the result.
It's my first time translating something. English isn't my mother tongue, French is. I know that some expressions are probably wrong, and more often than not, I translated words for words which you aren't supposed to do, but keep in mind that this French interview was probably already translated anyway.
SO, with that being said,( On to the questions...Collapse )
* yes, I am aware that this repeats but it was a damn hard paragraph to translate >_<
** I have no idea what synesthesic means. I'm pretty sure it doesn't even exist, but I wasn't sure how to translate that one D:
